On May 6, 2009 we lost our beautiful seven and a half year old rottweiler, Kihei, to canine osteosarcoma of the jaw, just seven weeks after her diagnosis.
Kihei came to be with us in the winter of 2001 and she became our little girl. She came to work with me everyday as a guard dog and was my shadow in the rest of my days. She was my very best friend and my life will never be the same without her.
I am a better person for having her in my life, but I will miss and think of her everyday until the end of mine.
